I along with my wife Deb have always wanted to do more in the area of charitable activities. Not being real fans of some of the bigger charitable organizations that Corporate America partners with (too much overhead), we decided to create our own path and start our own Charitable organization called a Private (Family) Foundation. The Heartland Midwest Foundation was created in September of 2006 as a 501(c)3 charitable organization.  I personally founded the organization and both of us serve as Executive Directors. When I get some more time, I will activate a web site at www.heartlandmidwest.org that outlines the organization in more detail.
